The Laser Interface Box from Global Laser Solutions LTD is used to power and modulate most of Global Laser Solutions LTD’s range of laser diode modules without the inconvenience and cost of building test circuits or wiring looms.
An on-board BNC input socket allows you to connect the Laser Interface Box to your existing function generator. In this way, you’ll have the ability to modulate compatible laser diode modules with minimal effort.
A toggle switch lets you quickly transition between modulation and CW operation. Increasing the safety of your application, an interlock jack is located on the exterior of the Laser Interface Box and a jack plug is provided. An LED indicating the ON/OFF status of laser emission is also present for an additional layer of safety.
Two models of the Laser Interface Box are available. The first is compatible with laser diode modules requiring a 5Vdc power source. The other is compatible with laser diode modules requiring a 10Vdc power source. A cable to connect the Laser Interface Box to the required laser is available as a separate item.
Included with the Laser Interface Box is a 110/240V power supply with UK, US, Euro & AUS plugs.
